Ashley Bird - Temple

Bird started every game for the Owls and netted three goals and tallied two assists for eight points...played both corner units and provided the game-winning goal in a 3-2 victory against Lock Haven on Sept. 2...a NFHCA Senior All-Star Game participant...anchored a defense that allowed one goal or less in 12 of its 20 matches

Jen Wrublesky - Saint Joseph's
Forward, Langhorne, Pa.
Wrublesky provided an immediate impact in her rookie season at Saint Joseph's and led the Hawks in scoring with 24 points...her nine goals tied for the league-lead among A-10 freshmen...named the A-10 Rookie of the Week three times during the 2007 season...recorded multiple goals twice, including a pair of game-winning tallies...scored six goals in her last six games...finished third in the A-10 in points and goals (10)

Rebecca Cunfer - Saint Joseph's

Cunfer earned the A-10 Field Hockey Student-Athlete of the Year Award for the second straight year...ranks second in program history with 17 career shutouts, and her four shutouts this season are tied for second in the Conference...ranks ninth in the nation in save percentage and tenth in goals against average (1.27)...as an international relations/political science major and former A-10 Rookie of the Year, Cunfer was also named to the A-10 Academic All-Conference Team in 2006 and 2007
