PHILADELPHIA, PA - Adam Mills of Charlotte and St. Bonaventure's Brian Pellegrini have been named to the 2007 American Baseball Coaches Association/Rawlings All-America Team.

Mills garnered first-team honors, while Pellegrini was named to the third-team.

One of three finalists for the Roger Clemens Award, Mills led the Conference in wins (14), strikeouts (141), innings pitched (142.2), complete games (eight) and shutouts (four). A semifinalist for the Dick Howser Trophy, presented by the NCBWA to the country's most outstanding player, the Big Pool, MD, native ranks first in program history in victories (32), starts (51) and shutouts (five).

The 2007 Atlantic 10 Pitcher of the Year helped lead the 49ers to their first-ever A-10 Championship and a school-record 49 victories, and was named a first-team All-American by Collegiate Baseball, Baseball America and the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association. Mills was selected in the eighth round of the 2007 MLB Draft by the Boston Red Sox.

One of two student-athletes in league history (Bobby Kingsbury, FOR, 2001-02) to repeat as A-10 Player of the Year, Pellegrini shared the league-lead in home runs with a program-best 17, while his 24 doubles were good for third in the Conference. The Willoughby, OH, native batted .391 with 59 RBI and led the A-10 in slugging (.833) and was second in on-base percentage (.498). A third-team All-America selection by Collegiate Baseball, Pellegrini ended his career with 48 home runs, tops in program history.
